Since its foundation in 2015, biotrics bioimplants AG has developed into a certified company for production of innovative medical devices. Our plant is located near the historically significant Tempelhof Airport, in the heart of capital Berlin.<\/p>\n

In addition to our production facility, our warehouse is also state-of-the-art. We use the latest laboratories for our research & development and also for quality assurance. Our Customer Service & Sales as well as our management departments for Quality, Product Knowledge and Regulatory Affairs are located on additional floors.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Since its beginnings, biotrics bioimplants AG has been dedicated to the mission of providing indication-optimized medical devices, thereby restoring quality of life to patients.<\/p>\n

Instead of replacing tissue, our solutions<\/a> aim to support the regeneration of the patient’s own tissue. For this purpose, we rely on biocompatible and fully absorbable products, which we manufacture at our factory in compliance with the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n

Innovations have a firm place in our company. Regardless of whether they are brought to us by our users, customers or internally, we are always ready to let them mature into new product ideas. GMP manufacturing with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, as well as online monitoring and alarm technology.<\/h5><\/div>

On an area of approx. 3000 sqm, we manufacture state-of-the-art medical products and monitor them continuously. Two GMP Class C clean rooms, state-of-the-art freeze-drying equipment, automated reactors and long-automatic lathes form the technical core of our production. We produce our own high purity water in continuous monitoring and test all materials used in production.<\/p>\n<\/div>

More than 15 km of data cables are laid in the building to meet modern communication and monitoring requirements. On our servers, a multitude of software systems support us in our everyday work. This includes not only ERP and project management systems, but also programs for quality monitoring, risk analysis and machine control, as well as digital document management.<\/p>\n
